Learning about Jesus and his ministry has always been a great experience. With today’s technology, there are various ways to access the gospel; from phone apps all the way to interactive Christian games and movies. Probably one of the most fascinating TV shows, in modern times, that tells Jesus’ story is called The Chosen.
What’s fascinating about The Chosen is that this show also takes a deeper look into His disciples than any other movie/show I’ve seen. The Chosen was created by Dallas Jenkins. Dallas does let the viewers know that some dialogue has been added to some of the people portrayed in the Bible, but it's to support the truth and intentions of the Scriptures.
The best part about The Chosen (other than watching the incredible story of Jesus and his disciples) is that it's free the watch too. You can either watch on their website or you can download the free app. All episodes of Season 1 are available, and Season 2 Episode one was just released.
