Children at Maitland Pres

Children are top priority at our church. Every Sunday, we do our absolute best to show just how much God loves them, by loving them ourselves, and teaching in ways that reach kids. During the 9:30 worship service, we have an interactive nursery for infants and toddlers, staffed by our trained, screened and experienced child care providers. (Little ones are also always welcome to stay with you in the sanctuary, even if they wiggle and ask questions!) For children grades VPK-5th grade, we offer an immersive bible story experience in our dynamic, Sunday school environment. Our class is taught by long time teachers and church members, and we utilize middle school and high school students as small group leaders.

Children who attend our 11 AM, traditional service, can choose to participate in our acolyte program. Where kids have the opportunity to be a part of the traditional worship service by bringing in the light, bible or they can call the congregation to worship! We have a variety of different tasks that your child can choose based on how much they wish to participate. If being a part of the service isn't what they wish to do, we have activity bags and books for them to use during the service. The nursery is always available as well.  Want to know how to get your kids involved? Contact Vanessa Urban at

E26 Youth @ Maitland Pres

E26 is a reference to the 26th element on the periodic table, Iron. Because as Proverbs 27:17 states, “Iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another.” This is our goal with every event we have, to treat others the way we want to be treated and to help others grow as a person and in their personal faith.

We meet on most Sunday Nights and have several events throughout the year. If you would like to receive the weekly Emails and text messages please contact Jonathan McKinney at
