Church Worship Time Survey

In February of 2022, we conducted a survey of the congregation to get feedback on the current worship schedule. Thank you to everyone who shared your thoughts and ideas! You can see the results of the survey below.

In reviewing the results of the survey, the session has decided to return to the 9:30 (contemporary) and 11:00 (traditional) service schedule starting Sunday, May 8. For Sunday, May 1st the Presbyterian Women received session approval for one service at 10:00 for PW Sunday, with a luncheon to follow to which everyone is invited! The following Sunday, May 8, the first service will move to it's new (old) time of 9:30am.

If you look at the survey results, you'll notice that while the majority would prefer we maintain a two service schedule, there are quite a few who would like one service. Offering one service Sundays throughout the year is difficult to communicate effectively to our congregation as well as to our visitors in the community. At our next meeting in April, the session will be considering a proposal for one service Sundays during the summer. If you would like to share reflections with the session about one service Sundays in the summertime, email us here and we will take your feedback to the next session meeting. We are always happy to hear from you!
